It’s already Wednesday, and hard to believe how fast this year is going. We are just days from June, meaning this year is nearly half over. The summer nights are getting longer, and the warmth of the sun is making itself present. I have a piece coming out later about the full scope of the COVID-19 shot victory yesterday for Secretary Kennedy, but it is something worth celebrating. At this time last year, we were seeing Mr. Kennedy rise in the polls, and his popularity amongst young voters everywhere was on the rise. I can’t help but look back and realize that all of that effort seems to be paying off now that he has the position he does. If you told me a year ago that COVID shots for youth and pregnant women would be banned in one year’s time, I would have been elated. I feel a sense of happiness and pride that so many of our fellow Kennedy advocates were given a very good victory yesterday when Mr. Kennedy announced that the shots were no longer going to be recommended by the CDC. I want the shots gone, but this is going to be a huge crack in the dam for the eventual disclosure and full study of all vaccines. If this one, that is so fresh in the memories of so many Americans, isn’t what they said it is, what else have they been lying about? I hope that question becomes more prevalent in the days to come. Politics never stops, so this victory is just one of the many that need to happen, but I will relish in it for a moment. I feel connected to this victory personally because of my advocacy during the campaign for RFK Jr. It is more than welcome news.
