Not only do I think that every adult in America should refresh and/or commit these words to memory, I think this short film should be viewed in every school classroom in the country.
These founding documents represent the very ideals that our country were built upon and are the foundation of our free society. I see signs that we may finally live up to the words that "all men are created equal," in this country.
I would recommend to anyone on Substack to watch this themselves and watch it with their children, and then discuss it together.
When I was in school back in the 60’s and 70’s there were no short films of anywhere near this quality. Anyone who likes history of any kind is going to be impressed with the all around quality of this piece.
Really grateful that you did this, our kids need a reboot in American history and this is the place to start.👍 At the start.😸 Looking forward to the rest of the series.
'very nicely done! I am a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and we're doing things like this to prepare for the 250th anniversary of the US next year.
Today we met and viewed a "teaser" from a documentary years in the making called "The American Constitution". See ConstituionMovie.com. The filmmaker is now touring the country promoting the film. Your film and this film make informative and entertaining viewing.
Great idea and historical video, Aaron! I have shared to FB and X. Hope it gets coverage all over the country, in homes and schools. Forming community groups like this is a great plan! Thanks!
