We must be allowed to ask questions about what is happening in a free society. Just because the government says it is happening one way does not automatically mean their narrative is correct.
There is one, and only one, rule in war. Win. To suggest otherwise is to suggest that there are good wars. There aren't.
There are necessary wars: wars fought to repel an external existential threat, which certainly did apply to Russia in WWII, and wars to throw off internal existential threats, tyranny at home.
I think Americans would agree that existential threats seek to destroy that which defines a liberty oriented polity in the governmental sense, and individual liberties in personhood.
When are wars to defend polities and individual liberties necessary?
From the Declaration of Independence:
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light
and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer,
while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to
which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce
them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
It's wise to pursue first any other course than war, but if all else fails, then war it is and it must be fought totally and to win.
'looks like you're going to document the gathering storm. Kudos! 'clear thinking first.
Excellent intro, Aaron. You've woven such great historical footage and pictures together with the situation we find ourselves in today. I look forward to seeing the next installment!
The 20th and 21st centuries are a long list of lost liberties. It was done while we watched and gave them permission to do it. I’m excited about what these will become .

More questions are necessary in order to discuss how trust has been destroyed.

Thank you, Aaron! This is very well done and important information, and I look forward to each episode in the series
They should be engaging. Lots of great conversations so far with interesting people about all of it.
